The Hinds Victorian Guest HouseThird party reservations are not accepted. We are unable to provide for pets. Visa and Mastercard are accepted as payment. Payment is required on arrival. Check-in time is by appointment between 3:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Check out time 11:30 a.m. Rooms and Rates are for 1 or 2 guests. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per room. The Hinds House is a 100% non smoking accommodation. It is an accommodation designed for non smokers. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house or on the property. Cancellations without charge must be made 14 days or more before arrival date. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will result in a charge of one week's stay. No-shows will be billed for one week's stay. The historic nature of our inn prohibits the use of candles, matches, incense or combustible materials. City hotel tax of 10% charged for all reservations of 30 days or less. Maximum stay is 6 weeks. Three room maximum for group reservations. All rates are subject to change without notice. Parking permits for street use are available at no charge on loan. If pass is not returned on check-out guest will be billed $40. |
